まず、本発明の実施の形態のカメラ装置の駆動機構を図1〜図8を用いて説明する。図1は、本実施の形態の駆動機構の全体構成を示す斜視図であり、図2は、駆動機構の各構成の分解斜視図である。図3は、駆動機構の構成を説明するための側面図であり、図4は、駆動機構の構成を説明するための平面図である。
以上のような本実施の形態の駆動機構1は、例えばABF用の駆動機構1として使用される。以下、本実施の形態のABF機構18を、図9〜図11を用いて説明する。
まず、本発明の実施の形態のカメラ装置の駆動機構を図1〜図8を用いて説明する。図1は、本実施の形態の駆動機構の全体構成を示す斜視図であり、図2は、駆動機構の各構成の分解斜視図である。図3は、駆動機構の構成を説明するための側面図であり、図4は、駆動機構の構成を説明するための平面図である。
以上のような本実施の形態の駆動機構1は、例えばABF用の駆動機構1として使用される。以下、本実施の形態のABF機構18を、図9〜図11を用いて説明する。

Claims (5)
- 駆動源の回転駆動力を直線的な推進力に変換する駆動機構を備えたカメラ装置であって、
前記駆動源の回転駆動力が伝達される駆動ギアと、
前記駆動ギアに噛み合う斜歯ギアを外周面に有し、前記駆動ギアの回転駆動力が減速して伝達される被駆動部材と、
前記被駆動部材を、前記被駆動部材の回転軸を中心として回転可能かつ前記回転軸方向に沿って移動可能に支持する支持部と、
前記被駆動部材が回転するのに応じて前記被駆動部材が前記回転軸方向に沿って移動するように、前記被駆動部材に伝達された回転駆動力を前記回転軸方向への直線的な推進力に変換する変換部と、
を備えたことを特徴とするカメラ装置。 - 前記変換部は、
前記被駆動部材に設けられた第1のねじ部と、
前記支持部に設けられ、前記第1のねじ部と噛み合う第2のねじ部と、
を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカメラ装置。 - 前記第2のねじ部に対する前記第1のねじ部のねじ方向は、
前記被駆動部材に前記駆動ギアから回転駆動力が伝達されるときに前記斜歯ギアを介して前記被駆動部材が前記駆動ギアから受ける回転軸方向への補助的な推進力の向きと、前記被駆動部材が回転したときに前記変換部によって変換された前記回転軸方向への直線的な推進力の向きとが揃うように、設定されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のカメラ装置。 - 前記被駆動部材の斜歯ギアは、前記被駆動部材の回転軸方向の移動量に応じたギア幅を有し、前記被駆動部材の被支持部であるシャフト部は、前記被駆動部材の回転軸方向の移動量に応じたシャフト長を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカメラ装置。
- カメラ装置に備えられ、駆動源の回転駆動力を直線的な推進力に変換する駆動機構であって、
前記駆動源の回転駆動力が伝達される駆動ギアと、
前記駆動ギアに噛み合う斜歯ギアを外周面に有し、前記駆動ギアの回転駆動力が減速して伝達される被駆動部材と、
前記被駆動部材を、回転軸を中心として回転可能かつ回転軸方向に沿って移動可能に支持する支持部と、
前記被駆動部材が回転するのに応じて前記被駆動部材が前記回転軸方向に沿って移動するように、前記被駆動部材に伝達された回転駆動力を前記回転軸方向への直線的な推進力に変換する変換部と、
を備えたことを特徴とする駆動機構。
