Claims (6)
- 発電機と、
駆動軸が前記発電機の駆動軸に連結されたエンジンと、
前記発電機に電力を供給する一方、前記発電機が発電した電力を蓄電する電源用キャパシタと、
前記発電機に接続された発電機用インバータと、
直流端子が加極性に直列接続される二つの電圧形インバータおよび前記二つの電圧形インバータの交流端子をAC結合し、所定の漏れインダクタンスを有するトランスを含み、前記二つの電圧形インバータの一方が前記電源用キャパシタに並列接続され、前記電源用キャパシタのキャパシタ電圧を昇圧した直流電圧を前記インバータへ出力するAC結合双方向DC−DCコンバータと、
前記電源用キャパシタに並列接続され、前記電源用キャパシタよりも小さい容量を有し、少なくともサージ吸収を行うサージ吸収用コンデンサと、
前記電源用キャパシタと前記サージ吸収用コンデンサとの間に直列接続されたコンタクタと、
前記コンタクタがオフの状態で前記発電機を動作させながら前記電源用キャパシタと並列に接続されていない前記電圧形インバータのみをチョッピング動作させることにより、前記電源用キャパシタの電圧と前記サージ吸収用コンデンサの電圧との差が所定の範囲内となるように前記サージ吸収用コンデンサの電圧を制御した後、前記コンタクタをオンする制御を行う制御手段と、
を備えたことを特徴とする発電機駆動装置。 - 前記制御手段は、
前記電源用キャパシタと並列に接続されていない前記電圧形インバータに並列接続される一方、前記サージ吸収用コンデンサに直列接続され、前記サージ吸収用コンデンサよりも小さい容量を有し、少なくともサージ吸収を行う小容量サージ吸収用コンデンサをさらに備えたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の発電機駆動装置。 - 前記発電機はSRモータであり、
前記発電機用インバータを介して前記SRモータに接続され、前記SRモータを励磁する励磁電源と、
前記発電機用インバータおよび前記AC結合双方向DC−DCコンバータに接続され、前記SRモータの発電電圧を充電するSRモータ用コンデンサと、
をさらに備え、
前記制御手段は、
前記SRモータ用コンデンサの電圧が、前記SRモータの発電電圧の制御を安定して行うことが可能な電圧として予め定められる値に達していない場合、前記励磁電源をオンする制御を行うことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の発電機駆動装置。 - 前記電圧形インバータは複数のスイッチング素子を有し、
前記制御手段は、
前記電源用キャパシタに並列接続されていない電圧形インバータのみをチョッピング動作させる際、当該電圧形インバータが有する複数のスイッチング素子のうち、前記トランスを介してそれぞれ直列に接続された二つのスイッチング素子の組を交互にスイッチングさせることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項記載の発電機駆動装置。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか一項記載の発電機駆動装置が搭載され、前記発電機および前記エンジンを駆動源とすることを特徴とするハイブリッド車両。
- 発電機と、駆動軸が前記発電機の駆動軸に連結されたエンジンと、前記発電機に電力を供給する一方、前記発電機が発電した電力を蓄電する電源用キャパシタと、前記発電機に接続された発電機用インバータと、直流端子が加極性に直列接続される二つの電圧形インバータおよび前記二つの電圧形インバータの交流端子をAC結合し、所定の漏れインダクタンスを有するトランスを含み、前記二つの電圧形インバータの一方が前記電源用キャパシタに並列接続され、前記電源用キャパシタのキャパシタ電圧を昇圧した直流電圧を前記インバータへ出力するAC結合双方向DC−DCコンバータと、前記電源用キャパシタに並列接続され、前記電源用キャパシタよりも小さい容量を有し、少なくともサージ吸収を行うサージ吸収用コンデンサと、前記電源用キャパシタと前記サージ吸収用コンデンサとの間に直列接続されたコンタクタと、を備えた発電機駆動装置の制御方法であって、
前記コンタクタがオフの状態で前記発電機を動作させながら前記電源用キャパシタと並列に接続されていない前記電圧形インバータのみをチョッピング動作させることにより、前記電源用キャパシタの電圧と前記サージ吸収用コンデンサの電圧との差が所定の範囲内となるように前記サージ吸収用コンデンサの電圧を制御した後、前記コンタクタをオンすることを特徴とする発電機駆動装置の制御方法。
