Claims (20)
- ポリオレフィンによって形成されている第1素材と、
ポリオレフィンによって形成されているとともに対向面にチャンネルが形成されている第2素材と、
エラストマー状のポリオレフィンによって形成されている接着シートであって、前記第1素材と第2素材との間に介在させられて両素材を接合させる接着シートとを
有することを特徴とするマイクロチッププレート。 - 前記第1素材、第2素材および接着シートは、環状ポリオレフィン系重合体、鎖状ポリオレフィン系重合体および環状ポリオレフィン系と鎖状ポリオレフィン系との共重合体の内の一つであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のマイクロチッププレート。
- 前記接着シートのポリオレフィンの分子量は、数万から500万、より好ましくは100万から200万の範囲であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のマイクロチッププレート。
- 前記接着シートのポリオレフィンは、IRスペクトルにおいてベンゼン環あるいは二重結合に由来するピークを有さず、且つ1705cm−1、1745cm−1、1546cm−1、1250cm−1および950cm−1の付近にピークを有さないことを特徴とする請求項2または請求項3に記載のマイクロチッププレート。
- 前記接着シートは、前記第1素材および第2素材の接合前において、両素材とは別体に形成されているか、両素材のいずれか一方の対向面に予め塗布されていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載のマイクロチッププレート。
- ポリオレフィンによって形成されている第1素材と、ポリオレフィンによって形成されているとともに対向面にチャンネルが形成されている第2素材との間に、エラストマー状のポリオレフィンによって形成されている接着シートを介在させ、前記接着シートを加熱するとともに前記第1素材および第2素材を相互に圧迫させて、前記接着シートにより両素材を接合させることを特徴とするマイクロチッププレートの製造方法。
- 前記第1素材、第2素材および接着シートは、環状ポリオレフィン系重合体、鎖状ポリオレフィン系重合体および環状ポリオレフィン系と鎖状ポリオレフィン系との共重合体の内の一つであることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のマイクロチッププレートの製造方法。
- 前記接着シートのポリオレフィンの分子量が、数万から500万、より好ましくは100万から200万の範囲であることを特徴とする請求項6または請求項7に記載のマイクロチッププレートの製造方法。

- 前記接着シートは、前記第1素材および第2素材の接合前において、両素材とは別体に形成されているか、両素材のいずれか一方の対向面に予め塗布されていることを特徴とする請求項6から請求項10のいずれか1項に記載のマイクロチッププレートの製造方法。
- ポリオレフィンによって形成されている第1素材と、

- 前記接着シートは、ポリオレフィンに対して10重量%〜80重量%のPDMSを混合させていることを特徴とする請求項12または請求項13に記載のマイクロチッププレート。
- 前記第1素材および第2素材は、環状の分子構造を有するポリオレフィンであることを特徴とする請求項12から請求項14のいずれか1項に記載のマイクロチッププレート。
- ポリオレフィンによって形成されている第1素材と、ポリオレフィンによって形成されているとともに対向面にチャンネルが形成されている第2素材との間に、ポリオレフィンとPDMSの混合物によって形成されている接着シートを介在させ、前記接着シートを加熱するとともに前記第1素材および第2素材を相互に圧迫させて、前記接着シートにより両素材を接合させることを特徴とするマイクロチッププレートの製造方法。
