Abstract
Description
分析装置Aによる分析の一例として、血液に含まれる特定成分であるALPについての測定結果を表1に示す。表1に示されたデータは、ALPの濃度が異なる2つの検体X,Yのそれぞれについて、導入される空気の条件を変えながら測定したものである。温度センサ22によって測定された温度T、湿度センサ23によって測定された相対湿度Hmによって、水分量Aqが求められている。ALPについては、あらかじめ行われた試験により、上述した補正式の係数a,bが、それぞれa=0.0089、b=0.9037として求められている。この係数a,bに基づいて係数cを算出する。この係数cによって補正前X(X1)、補正前Y(Y1)の測定結果Mdに対して、上述した補正を施した結果得られたものが、補正後X(X2)、補正後Y(Y2)の測定結果Mdrである。
分析装置Aによる分析の他の例として、血液に含まれる特定成分であるUNについての測定結果を表2に示す。UNについては、係数a,bがそれぞれa=−0.0034、b=1.0120である。また、水分量Aqと補正前後の乖離率Esとの関係を図5に示す。
分析装置Aによる分析のさらに他の例として、血液に含まれる特定成分であるGGTについての測定結果を表3に示す。GGTについては、係数a,bがそれぞれa=0.0074、b=0.9306である。また、水分量Aqと補正前後の乖離率Esとの関係を図6に示す。
Claims (14)
- 水分を含む検体を試薬と反応させる工程と、
上記検体および上記試薬の反応後の状態に基づいて上記検体に含まれる特定成分濃度を測定する工程と、
を有する分析方法であって、
上記反応させる工程および上記測定する工程は、上記検体および上記試薬が収納される空間内の空気の水分量を直接的または間接的に測定しながら行い、
上記空気の水分量に基づいて上記特定成分濃度の測定結果を補正する工程をさらに有することを特徴とする、分析方法。 - 上記反応させる工程および上記測定する工程は、上記検体および上記試薬が収納される空間に水分量が測定された空気を導入しながら行う、請求項1に記載の分析方法。
- 上記試薬は、上記検体との反応前において乾燥状態とされている、請求項1に記載の分析方法。
- 上記反応させる工程および上記測定する工程においては、上記検体および上記試薬が収納される空間の温度を一定に保つ、請求項1に記載の分析方法。
- 上記補正する工程においては、上記空気の水分量を変数とする多項式を用いて、上記特定成分濃度の測定結果に対する補正を行う、請求項1に記載の分析方法。
- 上記多項式は1次式である、請求項5に記載の分析方法。
- 上記測定する工程は、光学的手法を用いて行う、請求項1に記載の分析方法。
- 水分を含む検体を試薬と反応させるための反応空間と、
上記検体および上記試薬の反応後の状態に基づいて、上記検体に含まれる特定成分濃度を測定するための測定空間と、
上記測定を行う特定成分濃度測定手段と、
を備えた分析装置であって、
上記測定空間および上記反応空間のうち少なくともいずれか一方に含まれる空気に含まれる水分量を直接的または間接的に測定する水分量測定手段と、
上記水分量測定手段による水分量測定結果に基づいて、上記特定成分濃度測定手段による測定結果を補正する補正手段と、を備えていることを特徴とする、分析装置。 - 上記反応空間および測定空間に導入するための空気を上記分析装置外から吸気する吸気口をさらに備えており、
上記水分量測定手段は、上記吸気口から上記反応空間または上記測定空間に至るまでの経路において、上記空気に含まれる水分量を測定する、請求項8に記載の分析装置。 - 上記試薬は、上記検体との反応前において乾燥状態とされている、請求項8に記載の分析装置。
- 上記反応空間および上記測定空間内の温度を一定に保つ温度調節手段をさらに備えている、請求項8に記載の分析装置。
- 上記補正手段は、上記空気の水分量を変数とする多項式を用いて、上記特定成分濃度測定手段による測定結果に対する補正を行う、請求項8に記載の分析装置。
- 上記多項式は1次式である、請求項12に記載の分析装置。
- 上記特定成分濃度測定手段は、光学的手法を用いて測定を行う、請求項8に記載の分析装置。
