Description
図1は、第1実施形態の測定装置1の構成を示す図である。測定装置1は、本体ケース20内の測定空間10に、試料台11、励起部12、受光部13、刺激剤付与ノズル14および噴射ノズル15A,15B等を備える。また、測定装置1は、加熱部30および気体供給部40を備える。
図4は、第2実施形態の測定装置2の構成を示す図である。測定装置2は、本体ケース20内の測定空間10に、試料台11、励起部12、受光部13、刺激剤付与ノズル14および噴射ノズル15A,15B等を備える。また、測定装置1は、加熱部30および気体供給部40を備える。図1に示された第1実施形態の測定装置1の構成と比較すると、図4に示される第2実施形態の測定装置2は、気体供給部40を測定空間10に備える点で相違する。
Claims (11)
- 試料を載置する試料台と、
前記試料で発生した光を受光する受光部と、
前記試料に対し気体を噴射して前記試料を撹拌する噴射ノズルと、
前記試料台,前記受光部および前記噴射ノズルが配置される測定空間を囲む内側ケースと、この内側ケースを囲む外側ケースとを含み、外部に対し前記測定空間を遮光する本体ケースと、
前記内側ケースと前記外側ケースとの間に配置され前記内側ケースを介して前記測定空間内の温度を調整する加熱部と、
温度および湿度が管理された気体を前記測定空間内に供給して前記測定空間内の温度および湿度を調整する気体供給部と、
を備える測定装置。 - 前記加熱部が、前記内側ケースの周囲に分散配置された複数の加熱エレメントを含む、
請求項1に記載の測定装置。 - 前記複数の加熱エレメントそれぞれが、ヒータと、温度センサと、前記温度センサによる測定結果に基づいて前記ヒータによる加熱を制御する制御部と、を含む自律温度制御型のものである、
請求項2に記載の測定装置。 - 前記気体供給部が、前記本体ケースの外部の空気を取り込んで、温度および湿度が管理された気体を前記測定空間内に供給する、
請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の測定装置。 - 前記気体供給部が、前記測定空間内の空気を取り込んで、温度および湿度が管理された気体を前記測定空間内に供給する、
請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の測定装置。 - 前記測定空間内に配置され、前記試料に対し励起光を照射する励起部を更に備える、
請求項1〜5の何れか1項に記載の測定装置。 - 前記励起部が前記試料に対し一方側から励起光を照射し、
前記受光部が前記試料に対し前記一方側において光を受光する、
請求項6に記載の測定装置。 - 前記測定空間内に配置され、前記試料に対し刺激剤を付与する刺激剤付与ノズルを更に備える、
請求項1〜7の何れか1項に記載の測定装置。 - 前記噴射ノズルが前記試料に対し複数方向から気体を噴射する、
請求項1〜8の何れか1項に記載の測定装置。 - 前記噴射ノズルが前記試料に対し間欠的に気体を噴射する、
請求項1〜9の何れか1項に記載の測定装置。 - 前記噴射ノズルが、温度または湿度が管理された気体を前記試料に対し噴射する、
