Claims (6)
- クラン室圧縮式2行程のガス燃料内燃機関であって、その下流端開口が燃焼室に位置するように形成された燃料供給通路と、上記下流端開口を開閉する傘状の弁板に弁軸を形成してなるポペット弁型の燃料供給弁と、該燃料供給弁の弁軸を摺動自在に案内するバルブガイド部材と、該バルブガイド部材と上記弁軸との隙間に進入したガス燃料を掃気ポートに導入するリーク燃料導入通路とを備えたことを特徴とするガス燃料内燃機関。
- 請求項1において、上記リーク燃料導入通路は、上記隙間に進入したリーク燃料を反排気ポート側に位置する掃気ポートに導入するように形成されていることを特徴とするガス燃料内燃機関。
- 請求項1において、上記リーク燃料導入通路は、上記バルブガイド部材に、上記弁軸との隙間に連通するよう半径方向に形成された連通路と、該連通路に連通するよう上記バルブガイド部材の外周部に形成された環状溝と、該環状溝を外部に導出する導出通路と、該導出通路と上記掃気ポートとを連通するリーク燃料通路とを有することを特徴とするガス燃料内燃機関。
- 請求項1において、上記リーク燃料導入通路の掃気ポート近傍部分に、該掃気ポート側からリーク燃料導入通路側への流れを阻止する逆止弁が配置されていることを特徴とするガス燃料内燃機関。
- 請求項1ないし4の何れかにおいて、上記掃気ポートに形成されたリーク燃料導入口は、該掃気ポートの内壁面のシリンダ側開口近傍部分又は上記燃焼室に指向するよう形成されていることを特徴とするガス燃料内燃機関。
- 請求項1ないし5の何れかにおいて、上記燃料供給弁を開閉駆動するカム軸が収容された略密閉状の動弁室を備え、該動弁室内に進入したリーク燃料をオイルセパレータを介して上記掃気ポートに導入する動弁室側リーク燃料導入通路を備えたことを特徴とするガス燃料機関。
