Claims (11)
- クランク室圧縮式2行程のガス燃料内燃機関であって、燃焼室をドーム型のものとし、該燃焼室の略中央上部に燃料供給通路の下流端開口を位置させ、該下流端開口を、弁軸の一端に傘状の弁板を形成してなるポペット弁型の燃料供給弁により開閉することを特徴とするガス燃料内燃機関。
- 請求項1において、上記燃料供給弁は、排気ポートが圧縮行程における開期間内にあるときに開き始めることを特徴とするガス燃料内燃機関。
- 請求項1において、上記燃料供給弁は、排気ポートが圧縮行程における閉期間内にあるときに、燃料供給弁開期間の略1/2から全期間に渡って開くことを特徴とするガス燃料内燃機関。
- 請求項1において、上記燃焼室の外周部には、圧縮行程後期においてシリンダ壁近傍のガス燃料を燃焼室中央部に押し出すスキッシュ面が設けられていることを特徴とするガス燃料内燃機関。
- 請求項1において、上記燃料供給通路の燃料供給弁より上流側に、蓄圧室が設けられていることを特徴とするガス燃料内燃機関。
- 請求項5において、上記燃料供給通路の蓄圧室より上流側に、該蓄圧室側からのガス燃料の逆流を阻止する逆止弁が配置されていることを特徴とするガス燃料内燃機関。
- 請求項5において、上記燃料供給弁の弁軸は、上記蓄圧室内に挿入されたバルブガイド部材により摺動自在に支持されており、該バルブガイド部材の上記蓄圧室内部分に該バルブガイド部材と上記弁軸との間をシールするシール部材が配置されていることを特徴とするガス燃料内燃機関。
- 請求項1において、上記燃料供給弁の近傍に、点火プラグが配置されていることを特徴とするガス燃料内燃機関。
- 請求項8において、上記点火プラグは、上記燃料供給弁の弁軸中心線を挟んだ両側にそれぞれ配置されていることを特徴とするガス燃料内燃機関。
- 請求項9において、上記各点火プラグは、シリンダボア中心から排気ポートの中心を通る延長線に直交する直線上又は該直線より反排気ポート側に位置するように配置されていることを特徴とするガス燃料内燃機関。
- 請求項1ないし10の何れかにおいて、上記燃料供給弁の開閉タイミング及びリフト量を可変制御する可変動弁機構が設けられていることを特徴とするガス燃料内燃機関。
