Claims (4)
- コイル導体が内蔵されたフェライト素体を有する積層型フェライト部品において、
前記コイル導体が、Agを主成分とする導電性ペーストが焼結されてなると共に、前記フェライト素体が、Mg−Cu−Zn系フェライト材料を主成分とし、Bi2O3を0.10〜0.50重量%含有していることを特徴とする積層型フェライト部品。 - 前記Bi2O3の含有量が、0.25〜0.50重量%であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の積層型フェライト部品。
- Bi2O3が0.10〜0.50重量%含有されたMg−Cu−Zn系フェライト材料を使用して磁性体グリーンシートを作製し、Agを主成分とする導電性ペーストを使用して前記磁性体グリーンシートの表面にコイルパターンを形成し、前記コイルパターンの形成された磁性体グリーンシートを積層して積層体を形成し、酸素濃度が10体積%以下の焼成雰囲気で前記積層体に焼成処理を施してコイル導体が内蔵されたフェライト素体を作製し、その後、前記コイル導体の端部と電気的に接続可能となるように前記フェライト素体の外表面に外部電極を形成することを特徴とする積層型フェライト部品の製造方法。
- 前記酸素濃度は5体積%以下であることを特徴とする請求項3記載の積層型フェライト部品の製造方法。
