Abstract
Description
一方、近年では、放電極及び集塵電極をカートリッジなどに収容し、交換可能としたタイプのものが採用されている。これよると、集塵電極に微粒子が多く付着して集塵効率が低下した場合には、該カートリッジを取替えることによって、集塵効率を一定に保つことができるものである。なお、使用済みのカートリッジはメーカーに設置された専用の設備などで微粒子の除去が行なわれ、再利用されることが多い。これにより、装置の保守作業が容易となるとともに、上述した除去設備を備える必要がないため、装置全体を小型化し、製造コストを下げることができる。
Claims (4)
- 微粒子を含む汚染空気を吸込む吸気口及び前記微粒子が除去された清浄空気を排出する排気口を連通する空気通路が内部に形成されたハウジングと、
前記空気通路に気流を発生させ、前記汚染空気の吸気及び前記清浄空気の排気を行う気流発生手段と、
前記空気通路に設けられ、前記汚染空気に含まれる前記微粒子をコロナ放電によって荷電する放電手段と、
前記空気通路に設けられ、前記放電手段によって荷電された前記微粒子を、クーロン力を利用して捕集する捕集手段と、
前記放電手段と電気的に接続し、前記コロナ放電を発生可能な放電電圧を供給する放電電圧供給手段と
を具備する電気集塵器において、
前記捕集手段は、
前記気流の流通方向と直交して前記空気通路に架渡された吸着軸と、
略円板状を呈し、互いの吸着面をそれぞれ対向させた状態で前記吸着軸に取設され、前記吸着面にクーロン力を利用して前記微粒子を吸着し、捕集する複数の吸着プレートと、
前記吸着軸の一端と接続し、前記吸着プレートを前記吸着軸に従って回転させる吸着プレート回転手段と
をさらに具備し、
前記放電手段は、
前記放電電圧供給手段と電気的に接続された放電軸と、
前記放電軸に支持され、互いに対向する一対の前記吸着プレートの間にそれぞれ挿入されるとともに、前記吸着プレートの前記吸着面に放電面を近接させ、前記吸着プレートに対して電気的に絶縁した状態で配された複数の荷電プレートと、
前記荷電プレートの吸気口対向縁から前記吸気口に向かって突設され、先端が尖鋭状に形成された尖鋭端部を有する複数の放電電極部と
をさらに具備することを特徴とする電気集塵器。 - 前記放電電極部の前記尖鋭端部は、
前記吸着プレートのプレート縁部から前記吸着軸の側に退行した位置に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気集塵器。 - 前記空気通路は、
前記吸気口と連通し、前記放電手段及び前記捕集手段の収容される第一区画、前記第一区画で浄化された前記清浄空気の送出される第二区画、及び前記気流発生手段を収容し、前記第二区画から送出された前記清浄空気を前記排気口から排気する第三区画によって区画されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気集塵器。 - 前記放電電極部の前記尖鋭端部は、
前記尖鋭端部を挟んで配された一対の前記吸着プレートの前記吸着面とそれぞれ等距離を保って配されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気集塵器。
