また、請求項5の発明は、請求項1又は2の発明において、前記熱可塑性樹脂の目付けが、50〜1000(g/m2)であることを特徴とする。
見掛け密度が0.01(g/cm3)よりも小さいと、熱可塑性樹脂のほとんどが不織布側に流れ落ち、フィルム材の形態ができない。見掛け密度が0.5(g/cm3)よりも大きいと、微小貫通孔がほとんど形成されず、通気度が実質的にゼロとなるため吸音性が得られない。なお、不織布の繊度は1〜30(dtex)とすると適度な樹脂の含浸が得られる。また、不織布の厚さは1〜15(mm)とするのが繊維複合材の製造を円滑にする上で望ましい。

Claims (10)
- 不織布の表面に、メルトフローレートが100〜500(g/10分)の熱可塑性樹脂のフィルム材を押出溶着し、前記不織布の構成繊維がフィルム材に当接する微小多点部分で、前記フィルム材の一部を不織布に対して部分的に含浸させることにより、前記不織布とフィルム材とを連結する架橋部を形成するとともに、前記フィルム材の含浸により架橋部基部周辺におけるフィルム材に通気用の微小貫通孔を形成したことを特徴とする繊維複合材。
- 不織布と表装材をメルトフローレートが100〜500(g/10分)の熱可塑性樹脂のフィルム材を介して溶着し、前記不織布の構成繊維がフィルム材に当接する微小多点部分で、前記フィルム材の一部を不織布に対して部分的に含浸させることにより、前記不織布とフィルム材とを連結する架橋部を形成するとともに、前記フィルム材の含浸により架橋部基部周辺におけるフィルム材に通気用の微小貫通孔を形成したことを特徴とする繊維複合材。
- 前記不織布の見掛け密度が0.01〜0.5(g/cm3)であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2の繊維複合材。
- 前記熱可塑性樹脂が、エチレン−アクリル共重合体、エチレン−酢酸ビニル共重合体又はポリオレフィン共重合体の単体又は任意混合体であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2の繊維複合材。
- 前記熱可塑性樹脂の目付けが、50〜1000(g/m2)であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2の繊維複合材。
- 厚さ方向の通気度が1〜50(cc/cm2・秒)であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2の繊維複合材。
- 不織布の表面に、メルトフローレートが100〜500(g/10分)の熱可塑性樹脂のフィルム材を50〜1000(g/m2)の目付けで押出溶着し、前記不織布の構成繊維がフィルム材に当接する微小多点部分で、前記フィルム材の一部を不織布に対して部分的に含浸させることにより、前記不織布とフィルム材とを連結する架橋部を形成するとともに、前記フィルム材の含浸により架橋部基部周辺におけるフィルム材に通気用の微小貫通孔を形成することを特徴とする繊維複合材の製造方法。
- 不織布と表装材を、メルトフローレートが100〜500(g/10分)であって目付けが50〜1000(g/m2)の熱可塑性樹脂のフィルム材を介して溶着し、前記不織布の構成繊維がフィルム材に当接する微小多点部分で、前記フィルム材の一部を不織布に対して部分的に含浸させることにより、前記不織布とフィルム材とを連結する架橋部を形成するとともに、前記フィルム材の含浸により架橋部基部周辺におけるフィルム材に通気用の微小貫通孔を形成することを特徴とする繊維複合材の製造方法。
- 前記不織布の見掛け密度が0.01〜0.5(g/cm3)であることを特徴とする請求項7又は8の繊維複合材の製造方法。
- 前記熱可塑性樹脂が、エチレン−アクリル共重合体、エチレン−酢酸ビニル共重合体又はポリオレフィン共重合体の単体又は任意混合体であることを特徴とする請求項7又は8の繊維複合材の製造方法。
