図1は本発明を適用するに適した血液透析装置の一例を示すもので、血液の体外循環により血液浄化を行うダイアライザ1の動脈側に動脈側血液回路2を接続し、静脈側に静脈側血液回路3を接続するとともに、ダイアライザ1の側面に、透析液供給ライン4及び透析液排出ライン5がそれぞれ接続している。動脈側血液回路2には、患者の動脈側接続部6aから脱血しダイアライザ1に導く血液ポンプ7と、回路内に混入した気泡を除去するなどの機能を有する動脈側チャンバ8が設けられている。また、患者の静脈側接続部6bに返血するための静脈側血液回路3には、静脈側チャンバ10が設けられている。
Claims (4)
- ダイアライザの動脈側に血液ポンプを有する動脈側血液回路を接続し、ダイアライザの静脈側に静脈側血液回路を接続するとともに、ダイアライザの側面に、透析液供給ライン及び透析液排出ラインをそれぞれ接続して構成された透析装置において、前記血液回路内の圧を測定する検出器と、前記透析液ライン内の圧を測定する検出器を設け、これら検出により測定された圧に基づいて膜間圧力差を算出し、該膜間圧力差が一定の値以上上昇したとき前記ダイアライザにて逆濾過によって透析膜の細孔の目詰まりを解消し、ダイアライザの性能を回復させることを特徴とする血液透析装置。
- 透析液供給ライン及び透析液排出ラインに、それぞれ第1送液手段及び第2送液手段を設けると共に、該透析液供給ライン及び透析液排出ラインの少なくとも一方のラインに当該ラインの前記送液手段の上流側と下流側とを連絡するバイパスラインを設け、該バイパスラインに除水/補液のための透析液の流量を調整可能とする正逆両方向に送液可能な第3送液手段を設け、該第3送液手段を用いて逆濾過を行うことを特徴とする請求項1記載の血液透析装置。
- 血液回路内の圧を測定する検出器と、透析液ライン内の圧を測定する検出器とから得られた測定値を入力し、これら入力値から算出した膜間圧力差が予め設定した設定値以上になったときに、逆濾過の指令を出力するようにした制御手段を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の血液透析装置。
- 制御手段からの逆濾過の指令が第3送液手段に出力されることを特徴とする請求項3記載の血液透析装置。
