Abstract
Description
二色性を有するフィルムの面内における吸収が最大である軸または吸収が最小である軸の角度を検出する二色性を有するフィルム用の検出装置と、
複屈折性を有するフィルムの面内における遅相軸を検出する複屈折性を有するフィルム用の検出装置とを有し、
前記二色性を有するフィルム用の検出装置と前記複屈折性を有するフィルム用の検出装置とを用いて、前記二色性を有するフィルムと前記複屈折性を有するフィルムとのなす角度を制御することを特徴とするフィルム貼り合わせ装置である。

二色性を有するフィルムまたは複屈折性を有するフィルムの一方を打ち抜く装置とを有し、
貼り合わせを連続的に行いロール状の貼り合わせ品を製造することを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項に記載のフィルム貼り合わせ装置である。
ーロール46とフリーロール48を経て貼り合せ・打ち抜き部24上の粘着剤が付与された偏光フィルム12b上の所定の空隙をもった位置に供給される。

Claims (4)
- 二色性を有するフィルムと複屈折性を有するフィルムとを任意の角度で貼り合わせるフィルム貼り合わせ装置であり、
二色性を有するフィルムの面内における吸収が最大である軸または吸収が最小である軸の角度を検出する二色性を有するフィルム用の検出装置と、
複屈折性を有するフィルムの面内における遅相軸を検出する複屈折性を有するフィルム用の検出装置とを有し、
前記二色性を有するフィルム用の検出装置と前記複屈折性を有するフィルム用の検出装置とを用いて、前記二色性を有するフィルムと前記複屈折性を有するフィルムとのなす角度を制御することを特徴とするフィルム貼り合わせ装置。 - 前記二色性を有するフィルム用の検出装置が、光源、偏光素子、光検出器からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフィルム貼り合わせ装置。
- 前記複屈折性を有するフィルム用の検出装置が、光源、直交する配置となる2つの偏光素子、光検出器からなることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載のフィルム貼り合わせ装置。
- 二色性を有するフィルム用の巻き出し装置と、
複屈折性を有するフィルム用の巻き出し装置と、
二色性を有するフィルム用の巻き取り装置および/または複屈折性を有するフィルム用の巻き取り装置と、
二色性を有するフィルムまたは複屈折性を有するフィルムの一方を打ち抜く装置とを有し、
貼り合わせを連続的に行いロール状の貼り合わせ品を製造することを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項に記載のフィルム貼り合わせ装置。
