Claims (8)
- 鋳物砂に電流を流して鋳物砂の水分値を測定するに当たり、前記鋳物砂に電流を流す電極機構であって、
上下方向に相互に適宜の間隔をおき同心にして配置した複数の環状の導電部材と、
これら複数の導電部材を保持しかつ外径が前記導電部材のそれと同一である筒状の絶縁性保持部材と、
前記複数の導電部材が2極を構成するようにこれら複数の導電部材を一つおきに一端が接続しかつ前記絶縁性保持部材の空洞内を貫通する2本の電導線と、
を備えたことを特徴とする鋳物砂の水分値測定用電極機構。 - 前記保持部材の空洞内に電気ヒータを配設したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の鋳物砂の水分値測定用電極機構。
- 先端が保持部材から突出する温度センサを前記保持部材に内設したことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の鋳物砂の水分値測定用電極機構。
- 前記温度センサの先端が前記保持部材から長さ30mm以上突出することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の鋳物砂の水分値測定用電極機構。
- 請求項1〜4のうちいずれか1項に記載の鋳物砂の水分値測定用電極機構を用いて鋳物砂の水分値を測定する装置であって、
前記鋳物砂の水分値測定用電極機構と、
この電極機構の前記導電部材に前記2本の電導線を介して低周波矩形波定電流を供給する矩形波定電流供給手段と、
鋳物砂を介して前記導電部材間に流れる電流により前記2本の電導線間に生じる電圧を平滑化するとともに測定する電圧平滑測定手段と、
この電圧平滑測定手段から得た平滑電圧値を鋳物砂の温度の測定結果に基づき補正する電圧値補正手段と、
この電圧値補正手段によって補正された前記平滑電圧値に基づき鋳物砂の水分値を換算する水分値換算手段と、
を具備したことを特徴とする鋳物砂の水分値の測定装置。 - 請求項5に記載した鋳物砂の水分値の測定装置を適用しかつ水源と連通するデジタル流量計と電磁開閉弁を直列に連結した回路を有する注水装置を用いて鋳物砂の混練機に注水する方法であって、
前記鋳物砂の水分値の測定装置により混練前の鋳物砂の水分値を測定するとともに、測定結果に基づき混練前の鋳物砂の水分値と混練後に要求される鋳物砂の水分値との差を演算する工程と、
演算した水分値の差に基づき前記混練機への必要注水量を算出する工程と、
前記電磁開閉弁を開いて注水を始める工程と、
前記デジタル流量計によって前記混練機への注水量を積算する工程と、
積算した注水量が前記必要注水量に達した時、前記電磁開閉弁を閉じる工程と、
を有することを特徴とする鋳物砂混練機への注水方法。 - 請求項6に記載の鋳物砂混練機への注水方法において、
前記電磁開閉弁の閉鎖時における作動遅延による漏れ量を予め測定しておいて、前記必要注水量に達する時点の所要時間前に閉鎖指令を前記電磁開閉弁に発信することを特徴とする鋳物砂混練機への注水方法。 - 請求項6に記載の鋳物砂混練機への注水方法における注水装置であって、
前記注水装置の回路に、前記電磁開閉弁と並列させて電磁開閉弁を接続するとともに、2個の電磁開閉弁の流量比を1:2から1:10の間に設定することを特徴とする鋳物砂混練機への注水方法における注水装置。
