クレーム(1) であることを特徴とする。
また、この減圧により、第1の部位6に基端方向に移動する力(以下、「第1の力」という)が加わるが、同時に、第1の部位6と第2の部位7とが互いに移動可能になっているため、コイルバネ111、112および43の付勢力に抗して、第2の部位7にも先端方向に移動する力(以下、「第2の力」という)が加わる。この第1の力と第2の力とは、同等で釣り合っており、チップ13が指先20から外れる(離間する)ように作用することはない。従って、指先20の吸引状態(収納空間52の減圧状態)が維持される。
Claims (9)
- 穿刺針と該穿刺針が通過可能な先端部の開口とを備えたチップを装着して使用する体液採取装置であって、
測定部位の皮膚を密着させる当て部を有する装置本体と、
内部に前記チップを収納し得る空間が形成されたチップ装着部と、
前記空間内を減圧する減圧手段と、
前記空間内に前記チップを収納し、前記当て部に皮膚を密着させて前記開口を封止した状態で、前記減圧手段を作動して前記空間を減圧したとき、前記チップ装着部の先端側の部分を所定の範囲内で前記穿刺針の長手方向に沿って自由に移動可能にする可動手段とを有することを特徴とする体液採取装置。 - 前記チップ装着部は、前記穿刺針の長手方向に伸縮自在であり、その伸縮により、前記空間の容積が変わる請求の範囲第1項に記載の体液採取装置。
- 前記チップ装着部が伸縮する際の前記空間の気密性を保持するシール部材が設置されている請求の範囲第2項に記載の体液採取装置。
- 前記チップ装着部は、第1の部位と、該第1の部位の基端側に前記装置本体に対し移動可能に設けられた第2の部位とを有し、
前記第1の部位と前記第2の部位とは、互いに前記穿刺針の長手方向に沿って移動可能であり、その移動により、前記空間の容積が変わる請求の範囲第1項ないし第3項のいずれかに記載の体液採取装置。 - 前記装置本体と前記第2の部位との一方にガイドピンが設けられ、他方に前記ガイドピンが挿入されるガイドホールが設けられ、
前記第2の部位が前記装置本体に対し移動する際、前記ガイドホールの内周面が前記ガイドピンの外周面を摺動する請求の範囲第4項に記載の体液採取装置。 - 前記第1の部位と前記第2の部位とが互いに離間するように付勢する付勢手段を有する請求の範囲第4項に記載の体液採取装置。
- 前記第1の部材と前記第2の部材とが移動する際の前記空間の気密性を保持するシール部材が設置されている請求の範囲第4項に記載の体液採取装置。
- 前記空間内に前記チップを収納し、前記当て部に皮膚を密着させて前記開口を封止した状態で、皮膚を穿刺するように前記穿刺針を作動させる穿刺手段を有する請求の範囲第1項ないし第3項のいずれかに記載の体液採取装置。
- 体液中の所定の成分の量を測定する測定手段を有する請求の範囲第1項ないし第3項のいずれかに記載の体液採取装置。
