Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable obtaining a plurality of voltages, which are different in the reference potential, from an input voltage, by switching and connecting first-third charge storage means. CONSTITUTION:A switch means 5, a capacitor 2, a switch means 6, and a capacitor 3 are connected in series with a voltage source 1 to form a closed circuit. A switch means 7 is connect, ed in parallel between the node of said voltage source 1 and switch means 5 and that of said capacitor 2 and switch means 6. Midway between the node of said switch means 5 and capacitor 2 and the positive pole terminal of the voltage source 1, a capacitor 4 is connected in series. The first circuit state, where the switch means 5-7 are changed over from each other and the capacitors 2, 3 are connected in series, and the second circuit state, where said capacitors 2 and 4 are connected in series, are repeated alternately so that a voltage, with which the capacitors 2-4 are charged, is taken out as a voltage source.
