CONSTITUTION:Series circuits with capacitors C1 and C2 are connected to an input terminal 1 through a switch SW1. Switches SW2 and SW3 are connected to each of the capacitors C1 and C2 in parallel. A switch SW4, a capacitor C3, and a switch SW5 are connected in series between the output side of the switch SW1 and an input terminal 2, while a switch SW6 is connected between a connecting point of the switch SW1 and the switch SW4 and a connecting point of the capacitor C3 and the switch SW5, and an output terminal 3 is provided to a connecting point of the switch SW4 and the capacitor C3. Accordingly, voltage generation other than integral times of power supply can be performed.
