CONSTITUTION:A plate glass 11 has a conductive part 16 of Al etc., preliminarly formed on its transparent base front end. The conductive part is partly masked preliminarly with a tape etc. A transparent conductive film 18 of ITO etc., is formed on the base by vacuum evaporation, and an insulator having a refractive index different from that of the glass is multilayered on the conductive layer 18 by vacuum evaporation followed by applying an anti- reflection film layer 19 thereon. The mask is then removed. The thus-formed plate glass 11 has the exposed conductive part 16 of Al on the front end part having been masked. This conductive part 16 is also communicated with the conductive film layer 18.
