PURPOSE:To provide a titled photosensitive body having high sensitivity and good appearance by specifying the average mol. wt. and mixing ratio of a resin having the largest average mol. wt. in a mixed system compose of >=two kinds of the high-polymer resins constituting a resin binder forming an electric charge transfer layer. CONSTITUTION:The mixed system composed of at least >=two kinds of the high-polymer resins which are different in average mol. wt. and in which the average mol. wt. of the resin having the largest average mol. wt. among said resins is >=100,000 and the content thereof is within a 15-80wt.% range of the entire part of the resins in the mixed system is used as the resin binder for forming the charge transfer layer 12. As a result, the charge transfer layer 12 is no longer dissolved by the solvent of a coating liquid at the time of coating an electric charge generating layer 13 on the charge transfer layer 12. The good charge generating layer 13 is thus formed. The laminated photosensitive body of a positive corona charge type having the high sensitivity and the good appearance is thereby obtd.
