Abstract
PURPOSE:To eliminate and reduce domain walls in a magnetic pole and to suppress the lowering of a magnetic permeability due to the intervention of a non-magnetic layer by inserting the non-magnetic layer in a magnetic polar film in a direction inclining diagonally from a direction in which a non-magnetic layer film surface is made orthogonal to a magnetic pole film surface. CONSTITUTION:By a method to insert a non-magnetic layer having a film surface inclining diagonally from a vertical direction to the magnetic pole film surface into the magnetic pole so as to penetrate a magnetic pole surface from a top to a bottom, the magnetic pole is divided into several magnetic areas 13 (corresponding to the magnetic domain of the magnetic pole having the domain walls). Namely, since a fine processing accuracy is decided by the dimension of the magnetic areas 13, the magnetic pole having the conspicuously thin non-magnetic layer 12 can be manufactured. Since the non-magnetic layer 12 can be formed on the magnetic pole surface inclining diagonally from the vertical direction, the high quality thin non-magnetic layer with a uniform film thickness and, moreover, with few defects can be manufactured. Thus, the magnetic permeability lowering due to the intervention of the non- magnetic layer 12 can be suppressed, and a domain walls generation inside the magnetic areas 13 can be suppressed.
