Abstract
PURPOSE:To produce a casting drastically improving strength and having any shape by casting molten metal adding and stirring reinforcing fiber into a die through a forcedly dispersing means, in which cross section of flowing passage is reduced and enlarged. CONSTITUTION:The molten metal 2 beforehand dispersing the reinforcing fiber in a molten metal temp. holding furnace 1 is circulated again to the furnace 1 through a pump 4 pressurizing passage 5, changing valve 8 and returning passage 7. A part of the pressurizing passage 5 is constituted by the forcedly dispersing means 6, ln which the cross section of the flowing passage is reduced and enlarged, and by passing through the means 6, the tangle of reinforcing fiber is straightened, and the fiber is extended. At the time of casting, the changing valve 8 is changed as showing in the figure and the molten metal, in which the reinforcing fiber is dispersed and extended, in the furnace 1 is further promoted to the dispersion and extension of the reinforcing fiber by the means 6 and supplied into an injecting sleeve 9 through the change valve 8 and a molten metal supplying hole 10. Then, this molten metal is sent under pressurizing into a casting die by an injecting plunger and solidified while pressurizing.
