Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the effect of an acting part on objective magnetic flux and to miniaturize an apparatus, by forming a wire material having high magnetic permeability from a superconductive material and utilizing minus effect due to a superconductive phenomenon to confine magnetic flux in the wire material. CONSTITUTION:The gap 2a of a core wire 2 is positioned with respect to a disc 1 in such a state that a superconductive material 3 is cooled and the magnetizing current corresponding to a magnetic patter is allowed to flow to a coil 5. The magnetic flux generated in the core wire 2 is confined in the core wire 2 by the minus effect of the material 3 and the disc 1 is magnetized by a piercing magnetic circuit to write the pattern in the disc 1. When the gap 2a is positioned to the disc 1 without allowing a current to flow to the coil 5, the magnetic flux corresponding to the pattern is invaded in the core wire 2 to be confined therein and a current is generated in the coil 5 to read the pattern. By this method, the effect of an acting part on objective magnetic flux is reduced and the apparatus can be miniaturized.
