Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the temperature characteristic and the frequency characteristic by providing a level shift circuit and constituting the amplifier by the same type transistors(TR) so as to make an output DC offset zero. CONSTITUTION:An npn input TR Q1 forms an emitter follower, npn TRs Q2, Q3 of diode connection are connected in series to form a DC level shift circuit, an npn output TR Q4 forms an emitter follower and npn current adjusting TRs Q5-Q7 of the same characteristic are provided. Then the fluctuation of the voltage level by input and output TRs is corrected by the DC level shift circuit to easily make the DC offset at the output zero. Since the amplifier is made up of entirely the same type TRs, the identical characteristic is given to the temperature change, then the DC offset is easily kept to zero independently of the temperature change.
