Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce switching distortion and crossover distortion by correcting a bias a fixed voltage, by connecting a rectifying element between the base of a push- pull-connected transistor and an output point. CONSTITUTION:Emitters of NPN transistor TR1 and PNP transistor TR2, push- pull output transistors, are connected to output point Q in common through emitter resistances R1 and R2. Resistances R3 and R4 are those for applying base biases of TR1 and TR2. Between the base of TR1 and output point Q, bias correcting circuit 1 obtained by connecting diode D1 and reference voltage source E2 in series is provided and TR2 is similarly provided with bias correcting circuit 2.
