Abstract

The input stage has two difference input transistors with two inverse feedback diodes connected to the transistor emitters, a current supply device for the transistors and diodes and output terminals for connection to the second stage. The diodes may comprise a single double emitter transistor with base and collector short circuited, and the input transistors are pref. p-n-p transistors. The transistor amplifier operates in class A/B operation, and the compensation condenser has a capacity value of 10 pF.
