第１のコンベアチエーンキヤリア側に備えた前記
基板保持爪具が、前記基板を保持する状態におい
ては水平位置をとり、前記返送路においては垂直
位置をとつて、前記洗浄液槽に浸漬される前記プ
リント基板の保持のための爪を有することを特徴
