ある。 １……シリンダ、２……上流端面板、３……下
流端面板、６０……アクチユエータシリンダ、６
，６０１……アクチユエータピストン、４，４０
１……ピストン、４０３……弾性チユーブ。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 流れの上流側および下流側に流路と連通する開
    口をもつ端面板を有するシリンダと、該シリンダ
    内で往復動するピストンと、前記シリンダ外部に
    該シリンダに同軸に接合する駆動手段と、該駆動
    手段により移動され前記ピストンと連動する移動
    軸の移動を検出する検出手段とからなり、ピスト
    ンが所定区間で往路移動することにより排出され
    る容積から被検流量計を検定し、復路においてピ
    ストンを部分開路して上流側に流れに抗して往復
    動するピストンプルーバにおいて、前記ピストン
    内に該ピストンの同心円周にリング状中空部を設
    け、該リング状中空部を含みピストン側面を貫通
    する開口を穿設し、リング状中空部内に流体圧力
    により膨張収縮する弾性チユーブを収納し、該弾
    性チユーブの膨張収縮により前記複数の開口を開
    閉することを特徴とするピストンプルーバ。
