Abstract
PURPOSE:To facilitate formation of a ceramic superconducting material into a wire material and a coil form, by a method wherein a composite of a sheet- like molded body, containing a material of which an oxide superconducting body is formed by firing, and an insulating ceramic sheet is formed by sintering. CONSTITUTION:A sheet-like molded body 7 is formed from the slurry which is formed by uniformly mixing the oxide, which is blended to form an oxide superconducting body by firing, the powder such as nitride, carbonate and the like, or superconducting powder, resin binder, a plasticizer and a solvent. On the other hand, a sheet-like molded body 8 showing resistivity is formed by firing another insulating ceramic powder, a resin binder, a plasticizer and a solvent. Then, a composite sheet-like molded body 10 is formed by laminating said two sheet-like molded materials. Subsequently, it is slit into a fine tape form, then a tape-formed molded material 12 is wound in coil form, it is sintered in an oxygen atmosphere at the prescribed temperature, and a superconducting coil is manufactured.
