- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 Ａ エレクトレツトコンデンサマイクロホン素子
と、このエレクトレツトコンデンサマイクロホン
素子が発生する電圧信号がゲートとソース間に与
えられ、ドレインとソース間に出力される信号を
外部に伝送する電界効果トランジスタとを具備し
たエレクトレツトコンデンサマイクロホンにおい
て、 Ｂ 上記電界効果トランジスタを構成する半導体
チツプの内部にこの電界効果トランジスタのドレ
インとソース間に等価的に並列接続された定電圧
ダイオードを形成して成るエレクトレツトコンデ
ンサマイクロホン。
