|と上記ワイヤのインダクタンスとの関係を示
す特性図である。第4図は従来のFETの等価回
路図である。 1……半導体チツプ、2……入力端子、3……
出力端子、4……共通端子、5C……ワイヤ。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 入力信号を受け付ける第1電極、出力信号を導
    出する第2電極、及び第3電極を有する電界効果
    型トランジスタを備える半導体チツプと、入力信
    号を前記第1電極に入力する入力端子と、前記第
    2電極からの出力信号を導出する出力端子と、前
    記第3電極に接続される入、出力信号に対する共
    通端子と、前記第3電極と前記共通電極との間に
    接続されるワイヤとを備え、該ワイヤは該ワイヤ
    のインダクタンスに対する前記半導体チツプの散
    乱パラメータの逆方向伝達特性|S12|が実質
    的に最小になるように構成されていることを特徴
    とする半導体回路装置。
