    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 半導体ペレツトをリードフレーム上にマウント
    する半導体マウンタにおいて、半導体ペレツトの
    マウント位置の前段に、リードフレームを予熱す
    る予熱用ヒータを設け、該マウント位置に、リー
    ドフレームの局部を高温のマウント温度に昇温加
    熱するレーザユニツトを設けたことを特徴とする
    半導体マウンタ。
