    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 半導体ペレツトをマウントしたリードフレーム
    を搬送すると共に、ボンデイングポジシヨンの直
    前で上記リードフレームを半田融点以上に予熱す
    る搬送路と、上記予熱ポジシヨンにおいて上記搬
    送路上に還元性ガスを供給し、リードフレームの
    被ボンデイング面を還元性雰囲気に晒す還元性ガ
    ス供給部とを具備したことを特徴とするワイヤー
    ボンデイング装置。
