Abstract
PURPOSE:To contrive improvement in the frequency characteristics of an element by a method wherein a part or the whole of the interwiring of a semiconductor device is formed by superposing an superconducting oxide on a metal or metal semiconductor compound. CONSTITUTION:A conductive thin film is provided on the insulator 2 located on a substrate 1, a thin film of superconducting oxide is provided on the thin film, and leads 10 and 10' of multilayer structure is formed by selectively removing said multilayer thin film. Then, the conductor of the lower part of the leads 10 and 10' and the electrode part on the substrate 1 are coupled with the coupling part 19 of a metal or a metal semiconductor compound or a superconducting material. Accordingly, when a semiconductor device is brought to the temperature of liquid nitrogen, its electrons or hall mobility can be improved three to four times. Also, the electric resistance of said leads and electrode can be made equal to zero, and the R (resistance) in the CR time constant showing the time lag of frequency characteristics can be made zero. As a result, the frequency characteristics can be improved.
