A buffer circuit 31 temporarily stores the signal 6, outputs the signal 6 at a slower speed and the delayed signal is applied to a video printer 9 through a video printer interface 5. Thereby even when a display has high resolution and the display interface signal 6 is a high frequency signal, the video printer 9 can easily sample the signal.
