Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of voids caused by the exfoliation of a dielectric layer by a method wherein an intermediate layer, with which the difference in thermal extension between a conductor and the dielectric layer is alleviated, is provided in the dielectric layer. CONSTITUTION:An intermediate layer 3, having the amount of thermal extension and contraction larger than that of a dielectric layer 2, is wound on the outer circumference of a conductor 1, and a dielectric layer containing thermosetting resin is provided on the outer circumference of the layer 3. When heat- compression is conducted in the above-mentioned structure, contractile force is generated on the conductor 1 which is hot-stretched when cooled after hardening, but the contractile force is alleviated by the intermediate layer 3. Accordingly, the dielectric layer 2 is not deformed, and no voids caused by the exfoliation are generated between layers. A cloth-like or a non-woven fabric-like material is used for the intermediary layer. Moreover, the generation of voids can be suppressed, if a material having a heat-shrinking property is used.
