Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the quality and the workability of an electrostatic plate by winding a metal foil, a conductive film, and a synthetic resin film in that order at an insulating substrate having a sectional form which avoids corners. CONSTITUTION:A metallic foil tape 33 is wound at the whole circumference of an insulating substrate 31 having a sectional form which avoids corners and conductive film 35 of a semiconductor is wound on the above metallic foil tape and further, its substrate is covered by winding synthetic resin multilayer films 34. This configuration permits end part edges and wrinkles of the tape 33 wound of the substrate 31 to be electrically relieved by winding the film 35 and also its surface to form a smooth conductor. In this way, the above films 34 are wound in the form of multilayer windings and then the films insulate an electrostatic plate 3 itself. As the film 35 is wound on the tape 33, it improves the quality and workability of the electrostatic plate.
