Therefore, a transistor of the photocoupler PC1 is turned on, and a gate of the Tr4 is grounded, so a switching of the Tr4 is stopped to be turned off. And, even if the overvoltage produces in the load 3, the transistor of the photocoupler PC1 is turned on so that the switching of the Tr4 is stopped as well as the above.
