Abstract

PURPOSE:To accelerate the output voltage droop control by providing an auxiliary rectifier circuit for detecting the secondary winding voltage of a main transformer, a condenser and an overcurrent detection section. An overcurrent protective circuit of the power is constituted of an auxiliary rectifier circuit 5 to rectify the voltage induced to the secondary winding, a condenser 6 and an overcurrent detection section 7. And, the overcurrent detection for the load 9 in the time of short-circuit can be made by comparing the output voltage of the auxiliary rectifier circuit 5 with the output voltage of the rectifier smoothing circuit 3 at the overcurrent detection section 7, and an 'on' period of the switching element 2 is shortened to make the constant current droop control of the output voltage.
