CONSTITUTION:When a transistor Q1' is in ON-state, and the base potential thereof comes to high, a Zener diode D2' conducts, and the transistor Q1' is made to OFF to induce a voltage in windings n2, n3. Out of them, because the winding n2 is connected with a diode D1' as to output a negative potential, this negative potential makes the transistor Q1' to OFF suddenly. This output applys a potential to the base of the transistor Q2 through a pulse generator 0 and a pulse width limiter P being made to act by a negative supply voltage. Because the trasistor Q2 is in ON- state at this time being applied with a potential from a high-tension DC electric power source E1 through a resistor R, the transistor Q2 is made to OFF by a negative potential applied from the pulse width limiter P.
