Abstract
PURPOSE:To stabilize the DC output, by a method wherein a triangle wave which is obtained by integrating the output of a rectangular-wave oscillator is put into the base of a switching Tr and at the same time the base impedance is changed and the pulse width is controlled. CONSTITUTION:A primary winding of a transformer T1 and a switching transistor Tr1 is connected in series between terminals I1, I2 to which a DC input voltage Ein is connected. A rectangular wave voltage ED is transformed into a triangle wave voltage b an integrating circuit composed of a resistor R1 and a capacitor C1 and the triangle wave is put into the base of Tr1. A controlling transistor Tr2 controles resistance between points B and X (base resistance of Tr1). The rectangular wave voltage ED is rectified by D2 and C3 and the rectified voltage is applied to Tr2 as a collector potential. Zener potential of a diode DZ determines the base current. With said method pulse width is controlled.
