Abstract

CONSTITUTION:On a fiberous base 11 on which a thin metal thin film is coated, a ternary compound film 13 of oxide including A, B, Cu whose element ratio is represented by a formula I, wherein A is at least one kind of elements among A, Sc, Y and lanthamides series element (atom No. 57-71), and B at least one kind of IIa group elements such as Ba, Sr, Ca, Be, Mg. The metal coat 12 is deposited on the base 11 in this way, so unique fine and flat deposits are obtained. It is therefore possible to obtain a superconductor of extremely high accurate fiber form.
