Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) チヤンバ内に保温体で取り囲んだ発熱体を
形成しその内部に原材料を充填した坩堝を有する
ホツトゾーンに対して磁界を印加しつつ前記発熱
体に通電を行い前記原材料を加熱し単結晶を育成
する磁界印加結晶製造装置において、前記発熱体
にその機械的強度を高めるべく補強体を設けたこ
とを特徴とする磁界印加結晶製造装置。 (2) 補強体が、発熱体の周囲に沿つた高比抵抗
かつ高温において化学的に安定な物質より成るリ
ングであることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の
範囲第１項記載の磁界印加結晶製造装置。 (3) 補強体が、発熱体の周囲に沿つた高比抵抗
かつ高温において化学的に安定な物質より成るリ
ングと、このリングをチヤンバ壁で支持する高温
において化学的に安定な物質より成る支持体とで
構成されていることを特徴とする実用新案登録請
求の範囲第１項記載の磁界印加結晶製造装置。 (4) リングが、熱分解窒化ほう素により構成さ
れて成ることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範
囲第２項又は第３項記載の磁界印加結晶製造装置
。 (5) 支持体が、黒鉛により構成されて成ること
を特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第３項記載
の磁界印加結晶製造装置。
