Claims (1)
- 水加熱用熱交換器１からの給湯路１３を、浴槽
１７に接続する風呂用給湯路１３Ａと一般給湯栓
１９に接続する一般用給湯路１３Ｂとに分岐し、
前記風呂用給湯路１３Ａを開閉する切換弁２０を
設け、前記風呂用給湯路１３Ａが開状態にある風
呂給湯状態において前記一般給湯栓１９が開栓さ
れたときに前記水加熱用熱交換器１に対する給水
路９からの分流水を前記一般用給湯路１３Ｂへ給
送するバイパス路２１を設け、そのバイパス路２
１からの供給水が前記風呂用給湯路１３Ａへ逆流
することを阻止する逆流防止手段２２を設け、前
記風呂用給湯路１３Ａが開状態にある風呂給湯状
態において前記一般給湯栓１９が開栓されたこと
をその一般給湯栓１９の開栓に伴い生じる管路内
水流の検出により検知する開栓検知手段２４を設
け、その開栓検知手段２４による検出結果に基づ
き、前記一般給湯栓１９が開栓されたときに前記
風呂用給湯路１３Ａを開状態から閉状態に切換え
るように前記切換弁２０を自動操作して風呂給湯
状態から一般給湯状態への移行を実行する制御装
置４を設けた給湯装置であつて、前記開栓検知手
段２４を、それが前記バイパス路２１における発
生水流を検出対象として前記一般給湯栓１９の開
栓を検知するように、前記バイパス路２１に対し
て付設してある給湯装置。
