る。 １……入水管、２……熱交換器、５……風呂自
動給湯管、６……一般給湯管、７……バーナ、８
……入水流量センサ、１０……制御部、１１……
リモコン、１５……風呂自動給湯弁、１６……風
呂自動給湯流量センサ。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 入水管から熱交換器を経て加熱された温水
    を、台所等へ一般給湯すると共に風呂自動給湯管
    を通して浴槽へ自動給湯することができる給湯装
    置であつて、前記入水管に設けられる入水流量セ
    ンサと前記風呂自動給湯管に設けられる風呂自動
    給湯流量センサとによる流量を比較し、入水流量
    が風呂自動給湯流量と同じである場合には、給湯
    温調を風呂自動給湯温調とすると共に風呂自動給
    湯弁の開放を維持し、入水流量が風呂自動給湯流
    量より多い場合には、給湯温調を一般給湯温調と
    すると共に風呂自動給湯弁を閉止するよう構成し
    たことを特徴とする給湯装置。 (2) 入水管から熱交換器を経て加熱された温水
    を、台所等へ一般給湯すると共に風呂自動給湯管
    を通して浴槽へ自動給湯することができる給湯装
    置であつて、前記入水管に設けられる入水流量セ
    ンサと前記風呂自動給湯管に設けられる風呂自動
    給湯流量センサとによる流量を比較し、風呂自動
    給湯流量センサが流量を検出しているのに入水流
    量センサが流量を検出しない場合には、該入水流
    量センサが故障であると判断するよう構成したこ
    とを特徴とする給湯装置。
