Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ケース13と、線蛍光増倍管4の出力像
の光路を選択的にビームスプリツタ5のケース1
3に取り付けられた複数個の撮影要素6,9,1
1上に偏向するための可動な鏡20とを備えた
線診断装置のためのビームスプリツタ5において
、撮影要素6,9,11の光路の軸線が相互に直
交しかつそれぞれ線蛍光増倍管4の光路の軸線
に対し直交し、固定の第1の鏡14が線蛍光増
倍管4の光路を第1の撮影要素6に向かつて導き
、可動な第2の鏡20が第1の鏡14と第1の撮
影要素6との間の光路の中へ直線的に挿入可能で
あり、第2の鏡はこの光路を第2の撮影要素9,
11に向かつて偏向することを特徴とする線診
断装置のためのビームスプリツタ。 (2) 可動な鏡20が半透明の鏡であることを特
徴とする請求項1記載のビームスプリツタ。 (3) 二つの案内棒16が設けられ、これらの案
内棒が第1の鏡14と第1の撮影要素6との間の
光路に対し斜めに配置されてかつこの光路を囲み
、可動な鏡20がスライダ17上に取り付けられ
、このスライダは一方の側上に第1の案内棒16
を囲むボールブツシユ18を有し、またころ軸受
19を介して第2の案内棒16に結合されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のビームス
プリツタ。 (4) スライダ17が、一端をケース13に取り
付けられ回転駆動部23を備えたクランク機構2
1ないし23に結合されていることを特徴とする
