    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 金属製の外装ケースと、半導体チツプ及び外部
    入出力端子を装着した回路基板とを備え、該基板
    が前記外装ケース内に挿入され前記外部入出力端
    子の基板側の一端部を覆つて樹脂封止されてなる
    電力半導体装置において、前記外装ケースの上端
    部内側に面取り或いは切欠きを設けたことを特徴
    とする電力半導体装置。
