- 金属製フランジ上に載置され、全体が平板状に
構成されたリード端子を有する半導体素子からな
る半導体装置において、前記リード端子にはその
平板の両面に貫通するスリツトを先端部から半導
体素子方向に向け形成したことを特徴とする半導
体装置。
