Abstract

PURPOSE:To efficiently obtain an electrode for accelerating heat transfer in condensation having uniform quality by coating a resist on a thin flat metallic sheet formed with plural line grooves and exposing the resist through a photomask having prescribed patterns, then forming the sheet to a cylindrical shape and forming apertures thereto by an etching treatment. CONSTITUTION:The resist 4 is coated on the thin flat metallic sheet 1 formed with the plural line grooves 2 at equal intervals and the surface 3 coated with the resist 4 is exposed through the photomask having the prescribed patterns. This thin flat metallic sheet 1 is formed to the cylindrical shape in such a manner that the line grooves 2 come in an axial direction; thereafter, the sheet is subjected to the etching treatment to form the apertures 6 thereto. The electrode 1' for accelerating heat transfer in condensation having the constitution in which the entire part is cylindrical and the plural line grooves 2 are formed axially at equal intervals so as to overhang to the outside and which is formed with the many apertures 6 on the surfaces between the line grooves 2 is thereby obtd.
