Abstract

PURPOSE: To remove a binder of glass cloth and improve adhesive properties to a resin varnish, by subjecting plural sheets of glass cloth to plasma treatment, impregnating the sheets of the glass cloth with the resin varnish, drying the impregnated sheets to form sheets of prepreg, laminating the impregnated prepreg and molding the laminated sheets.
CONSTITUTION: Sheets of glass cloth are impregnated with a resin varnish and dried to provide plural sheets of prepreg, which are then laminated to produce a laminated board. In the process, the sheets of glass cloth are subjected to plasma treatment before impregnating with the polymer varnish.
