Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of dissolution work of semiconductor packages by mounting a branch pipe equipped with a plurality of nozzles to spray liquid for dissolving the packages towards the semiconductor packages which are set respectively to a plurality of fixtures. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of semiconductor packages 2 to be dissolved are set on packings 4 and once a pump 12 is driven to start its work after opening the openings 3 of the packings 4, its pump allows liquid 7 in a tank 6 to be sucked to a branch pipe 9 through a conduit 11 and liquid is sprayed from respective nozzles 8 to bases of a plurality of the semiconductor packages 2 through the opening parts 3 of the packings 4 located on the nozzles. Sprayed liquid falls in the tank 6 and circulates from a side bases part of the tank 6 to the branch pipe 9, dissolving the bases of the packages 2. As soon as its dissolution discloses chips 1, its dissolution work comes to an end. The operation of closing valves 5 mounted at respective packings 4 permits this device to perform dissolution of only specific packages as well.
