Abstract
PURPOSE:To use dissolving liquid repeatedly and to decrease a running cost, by jetting the dissolving liquid to the opening part of a semiconductor package so as to open the package, and introducing new dissolving liquid to the opening part of the semiconductor package from a dissolving liquid storing part. CONSTITUTION:When sulfuric acid reaches the temperature of 280-290 deg.C, this temperature is maintained. An outer motor 17 is operated. The impeller of a pump 16 is rotated by the operation of a rotary magnet 18. Dissolving liquid 6 is jetted to a semiconductor package 14, which is set on a working table 12 at the upper side through a case 15. The dissolving liquid, which is jetted once, falls into a liquid well 13 and jetted to the package again by the same way. Thus the semiconductor package 14 is opened. At the time of the opening operation, the dissolving liquid, which flows on the working table 12, is sent to an ejector 36 through a pipe 40. Air pressure is applied to the ejector 36 by opening a port P1 of a fifth solenoid valve 31. The dissolving liquid is sucked and jetted. Then the liquid is returned to the liquid well 13 through a seventh solenoid valve 33. Thus the amount of consumption of the dissolving liquid used can be saved.
